Commission must be paid in full before I will begin working on it.
If you'd like to upload your commission onto any of your own sites, use the watermarked version.
By commissioning me, you are purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
I will never use your commission for commercial use.
I will never claim your characters as my own.
If you would like me to refrain from publicly posting your commission on any of my social media pages, please inform me beforehand.
I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal for any reason without question.
Commissioner may use the commissioned piece for personal use, such as editing and cropping for icons, wallpapers, layouts, etc.
Commissioner may not redistribute the commissioned work for commercial use unless agreed upon.
Commissioner may not resell commissioned work in any form unless agreed upon.
I work hard to produce the best product possible! Therefore once I receive payment, I will not do refunds.
You may cancel the commission if you haven't yet paid.
I'm willing to do small revisions if I made a mistake somewhere. Major revisions will come at an additional cost.
